ABSTRACT This article covers the concept of Absenteeism and Presenteeism of employees from their workplace. The impact of their absenteeism and presenteeism on the organization they are working with. The possible causes of the Absenteeism and Presenteeism of the employees are discussed as well as possible solutions are suggested.
