ETIOPATHOGENETIC THERAPY OF LESION OF PELVIC ORGANS AND OTHER GENITOURINARY ORGANS BY CHLAMYDIAL INFECTION

Selection of the correct therapeutic regimen for patients with complications of chlamydial infection is an actual problem of practical medicine. The aim of our paper was the improvement of therapy of lesion of pelvic chlamydial infection. There were 39 men divided into 2 groups under our supervision. In the treatment of the core group of patients it was decided to use Gemifloxacin, Vitaprost rectal suppositories, prostate massage, rectal laser therapy. The comparison group received Ofloxacin + the same OG pathogenetic therapy instead of Gemifloxacin. The results revealed the advantage of Gemifloxacin in front of Ofloxacin in the treatment of the patients.
