IMPROVEMENT OF LOGISTIC SERVICES OF OOO EFKO

Within the framework of this work, the issues of optimization of logistics activity through the introduction of information technologies are considered. The area of application of the software solution are enterprises with a complex branch structure, which have a multitude of delivery points and suppliers of products. As part of the study of logistics processes, it is shown that when implementing complex logistics chains, there is a high probability of failure at any of the stages. To reduce the costs of logistics, it is necessary to spend the costs associated with possible disruptions in the transportation. The developed software allows solving the tasks of calculating the expected sums of costs associated with logistical failures.
