USULAN PERANCANGAN FASILITAS KERJA DENGAN PENDEKATAN ERGONOMI MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESSMNET (REBA) DI PT Z

PT XYZ is an industrial company engaged in the automotive field. One section in the PT XYZ is welding press section 1B. In activities of production, welding press section 1B having problems to identify problems of production machine fuel tanks, if the production machine have problem then operators had to wait a while to get a solution for repair production machine. The solution for the problems, it make software development an expert system application to help provide a solution of the problems faced. System development method used is the waterfall method. Analysis and design used is object-oriented modeling language and using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for specifying, visualizing, and constructing basic building software systems. This application can accelerate operators get a solution the problem of production machines.
