COMPOSITE TERMS IN COMPUTER TERMINOLOGY IN GERMAN AND ARABIC

Abstract

The article analyzes composite terms in computer terminology in the Arabic and German languages in view of different types of formation of these terms according to the peculiarities of the Arabic and German languages. On the basis of lexicographic sources (125 dictionary units for German and 116 units for the Arabic) the main types and features of composite terms, which are in detail described according to an author's technique, are defined. In this the article process of formation of this type of terms in computer terminology in the German and Arabic is also described.
