COACHING METHODOLOGY IN THE FORMATION OF COMPETENCIES OF BACHELORS MAJORING IN DESIGN

In this article the implementation of new educational techniques for modern competences formation of the fashion designer-graduate's model, in accordance with professional association's requirements, is considered. The example of coaching technology use in professional training is given. The issues arising at the coaching technology application in an educational process are revealed.
