Abstract

In this article the works of Russian and foreign scientists about development efficiency, about reasons influencing development are analyzed. The model of efficient personality development in which influence of extreme environmentalism and reciprocal determinism is reflected as the conditions influencing the choice of development orientation is presented. The efficient development assumes finding of spirituality which is a moral orientation of the personality.
