Readiness for professional activity as a prerequisite for effective management activities of the future logistics specialist

The article seeks to highlight the problem of forming readiness of future logistics specialists to professional activity. The present paper analyzes different scientists' approaches to the definition of the essence and structure of readiness to professional activities. It emphasizes that readiness is an essential prerequisite for purposefulness and efficiency, higher level of formation of which helps young specialists to carry out their professional duties more effectively; at the same time being a link between the process of University training and the future work of the specialist, where readiness is interpreted as a positive setting for future activity.
