MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PKN PADA MATERI PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN BERSAMA MELALUI METODE BERMAIN PERAN (ROLE PLAYING) SDN. 2 MAKMUR KABUPATEN BIREUEN
