Abstract

In this article some constitutional and legal issues of adoption of law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan" are considered. In the article the analysis, comment and explanation of statutes, which are important for experts in jurisprudence, civil society and the certain person and citizen, are given.
