THE ISSUES OF INVESTMENT PROJECT EFFICIENCY EVALUATION IN REAL ESTATE MARKET

The evaluation of investment efficiency is important for construction sector even at the project stage, as the main risks are considered at this stage. Moreover, evaluation of both external and internal factors, influencing construction and further operation, is necessary. In the article, the methods of investment efficiency evaluation and their issues are considered. The analysis has shown that the criteria for investment efficiency evaluation provide not enough information about the current situation to investor. The authors suggested the aspects of developing investment efficiency evaluation in real estate market by means of improving the current methods and changing the requirements to efficiency evaluation of investment projects due to development.
