THE INTERINFLUENCE OF CREATIVE ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE OF THE MODERN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

The creative activity of student youth is an indicator of activity of higher educational institution within the process of specialists' training. Organizational culture of higher educational institution is a part of academic process; it forms norms, values, convictions of the future specialists. In the article, the issues of development of creative activity of university students in terms of development of the organizational culture of higher educational institution are considered.
