TOPOGRAFIC AND ANATOMIC FEATURE OF THE STRUCTURE OF REGION OF THE BLIND GUT AS THE FACTOR OF FORMATION OF PHLEGMONS RETROPERITONEAL FAT

In this research work the quantitative results of 82 complexes of bodies in the region of the blind gut, processed by a method of deep embalming and intravital research of 86 patients' sonograms aged 17-78 are estimated. On the basis of anatomic and sonographic examinations the features of blind gut syntopy are revealed. These features have allowed to define the extraperitoneal accesses for drain and sanitation of region by influence on interstitial tissue that should interfere with development of phlegmons retroperitoneal fat.
