Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of the stock market of Ukraine and study of problems of its functioning in the present conditions, including detailed evaluated indicators of the domestic stock exchange stock market for 2016 and attention is focused on the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (regarding regulated markets and derivatives)».
