Abstract

This publication is intended to demonstrate the example of legal regulation in the field of biotechnology certain common features within the existing in modern science, environmental law discussions on delimitation and methods of legal regulation of environmental, natural resource law and environmental safety, availability of objective conditions for the separation of closely interwoven but an independent branch that solve related problems and many regulations which are complex, that belong to more than one branch at a time, which gives reason to talk about related objects and common method of regulation. Based on the characteristics of the selected method of legal regulation, subject and object relations in the field of biotechnology, it is logical to hold their functional separation of content, and hence for the specific method of regulation into three groups: legal relations for the protection and conservation of biological resources — biodiversity (ecological -legal relationship), ensuring biological safety (human protection relationship); relationship for the use and reproduction of biological resources and processes in order to obtain public benefits and ensure the development of man and society — such relationship is essentially a natural resource relationship.
