ACTUAL ISSUES OF THE USE OF THE RESULTS OF OPERATIVE-COST ACTIVITY IN THE RUSSIAN CRIMINAL JUSTICE

The work is devoted to the problematic issues of using the results of operational-search activity in the criminal procedural proof of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. Specifics of checking and evaluating the results of operational-search activity in the process of proof are touched upon. It is proposed to amend paragraph 36.1 of Art. 5 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of using the results of operational-search activity in the process of proving.
