APPLICATION POSSIBILITIES OF LYMPHOTROPIC TECHNOLOGIES FOR PREVENTION OF PHLEGMON DEVELOPMENT IN RETROPERITONEAL SPACE AT EXPERIMENT

In the paper, the quantitative results after modelling of retroperitoneal phlegmon and subsequent use of lymphotropic technologies on 64 laboratory rats are evaluated. On the basis of the conducted research it is shown that intraoperative application of lymphostimulating cocktail at experimental retroperitoneal phlegmon reduces interstitial edema of the area 1.5 times during the first day. Therefore, for prevention of postoperative complication development in retroperitoneal area it is recommended to use the lymphostimulating technologies.
