Abstract
The main aim of present research is to increase the bioavailability of Domperidone by formulating it as Buccal films to avoid its first pass metabolism. Total eight formulations were prepared by using two different polymers like moringa olifera gum and HPMC K in four different concentrations. F2 formulation with 8 mg of moringa olifera was selected as best optimized formulation.
