NEW TECHNOLOGIES FOR NON-INVASIVE DIAGNOSTICS OF SKIN MELANOMA

Melanoma is hard to find by the unaided eye. The early melanoma often lacks the characteristic clinical features ABCD(E). To verify the necessity of biopsy and histologic examination of appearances the complex approach to diagnostics of dysplastic nevi and skin melanoma is needed, including the modern non-invasive methods along with the check-up. In this article the modern methods for non-invasive diagnostics of skin neoplasms are considered, their advisability for determination of indication for biopsy and histologic examination is described.
