Abstract

The efficiency of meteopathic reaction pharmacologic correction, complication prevention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with comorbide state in the North is studied at 167 ambulatory patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (stages 2-4) with comorbide state (arterial hypertension, CHD, arrhythmia bronchial asthma). All patients were divided into two groups: 1st group (index) – 82 patients, average age – 48,6 ± 2,8 y.o.; 2nd group (control) – 85 patients, average age – 48,5 ± 2,2 y.o. As the background therapy, formoterol 4,5-12 mcg/day, budesonide 160 mcg 2-4 times a day or Symbicort 2-4 times a day, or Foradil Combi; tiotropium (18 mcg/day); Berodual, Theopec 0.3 2 times a day for the main indication were prescripted. The early treatment of comorbide state for the index group resulted in significant decrease of maladaptive meteorotropic events, complications, mortality reduction of patients with mixed pathology.
