CAUSES OF FORMATION AND TREATMENT METHODS OF PAIN SYNDROMES IN PATIENTS WITH CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA

The main monogenic genetic and multifactorial connective tissue disorder clinical symptoms are described in the article. There are some neurology connective tissue dysplasia symptoms. The multidisciplinary approach is discussed according to the collagenopathy diagnostics and treatment in order to early diagnostics of generalized connective tissue dysplasia for probable complications prevention in elderly patients and to make a register for follow-up patient monitoring. It is very important to reveal and monitor timely the functional disorders developing on the early disease stages to prevent severe structure-organic nervous and skeletal system disorders.
