PRINCIPLES AND APPROACHES FOR FORMING SECTORAL LABOR STANDARDS IN THE SPHERE OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS

The formation of sectoral labor standards in the field of physical culture and sports at this stage of the industry development is one of the important tasks. The solution of this problem will provide the basis for the formation of an effective staff structure of sports training organizations both in terms of their full performance by their organizations and in terms of labor costs optimization. The development of sectoral labor standards requires, first and foremost, the definition of approaches to the solution of the tasks set, taking into account the specifics of the sector, which is the subject of this work.
