The world is changing and the speed and degree of upheaval and uncertainty to the level to which we have become accustomed. Some scientists described this phenomenon as "hyper-change", ie. as a combination of linear, exponential, discontinuous and chaotic change. Several elements, such as the development of information and communication technology, rapid production and flow of (mis) information, the globalization of financial markets unstable in parallel with the growth of informal local economy, contributing to the intensification of the process of change and complexity. The current global environment is a lot of tension, frustration and conflict that are closely associated with the desired and actual shifts in power.
