Abstract

The total share of the causes of the investigated accidents with severe consequences that occurred in the Russian Federation, which are in the zone of responsibility of the employer and the employee, varies between 37.42-40.73% and 31.84-34.73%, respectively. Thus, the level of occupational risk is almost equally determined by the employer, who forms working conditions in the workplace, and by the employee engaged in labor activity in the specified conditions. The analysis of foreign experience on stimulating work on labor protection with the purpose of assessing the possibility of its use at domestic enterprises is carried out. Some aspects of stimulating work on labor protection are presented. The materials "Gefahrenermittlung und Massenahmenplanung in Kleinbetrieben" (Germany) offer a list of "tools" that can be used to stimulate and combat risky behavior in the workplace. Based on the analysis carried out and taking into account the methodology of technical controlling, the "Provision on material stimulation of participants in the labor process for safe and harmless labor" was proposed. The economic effect as a result of reducing the level of injuries in the implementation of this "Regulations" in the MP "SSK" and LLC "GTK - Sbyt" was respectively 500-600 and 80-100 thousand rubles.
