For tourism organizations, the importance of labor potential is of paramount importance, as this branch of the economy is rapidly developing. In this connection, the author considers the main approaches to the notion of "labor potential", the structure of the labor potential of the employee, the characteristics of the elements of the labor potential are updated and systematized, the tourist component is added, and the development of the labor potential of the tourist organization at various levels is formulated.
