Abstract
In the proposed paper considers the problem of stability of the composition of the development teams in the implementation of agile development Scrum. The paper concludes with recommendations and the way changes in the quantitative and qualitative composition of development teams. Also describes the risks and consequences of failed or unnecessary use of the described method.
