THE IDEA AND THE ESSENCE OF "INTRODUCTION TO THE STATE OF STATE LAWS" BY SPERANSKY

In this article, the author considers the period of the origin of the ideas of liberalism in the Russian Empire in the first decades of the nineteenth century, the emergence of which became possible thanks to the views and positions of Alexander I. Of particular importance is the activity of M.M. Speransky. It was his efforts that made a breakthrough in the plans for the reorganization of the state on the constitutional-monarchist path of development, which, although it did not fulfill Mikhail Mikhailovich's dreams in his time, laid the foundation for the future development of the constitutional monarchy in Russia. The work involves consideration of the main project Speransky - "Introduction to the Code of State Laws."
