Suxamethonium 75mg intravenously, intubated with 7.5 sized cuffed endotracheal tube, maintained with nitrous oxide andoxygen. After the delivery of the baby, Inj. Fentanyl 50g was given intravenously. Non depolarizing muscle relaxant was not given. This delayed recovery may be due to Succinylcholine apnoea.
