New approaches to staff training for specialists in design of electric supply systems

For solution of the staff training problem in power supply systems design the author suggests his new professional and practical approach to formation of educational subjects and courses. This approach considers employers’ requirements to professionals. The subject “Design of power supply systems” and the training course “Design of power supply systems of 0,4 and 10 kV” are considered with application of the new professional and practical approach.
