Abstract

The purpose of the article is to develop proposals for the formation of a contractual relationship system for a coal-mining enterprise with different categories of consumers of coal products, based on the specifics of the organization of marketing activity processes.As a result of the study peculiarities of organization of contract activity with different categories of consumers of coal products are analyzed. The system of contractual relationships between the coal-mining enterprise is formed taking into account the specifics of customer service. Proposals to clarify and supplement the content of the contract for the supply of coal products are developed.Prospects for further research in this direction are the development of a model of contractual relationships in the management system of the marketing activity of the coal-mining enterprise.
