Creation of the system of managemevt of educational services quality in a structural subdivision of university

Changes in the external environment arising in the context of integrational aspirations of Ukrainian political elite are creating additional risks for the operators of the market of educational services. The only proper response should be a greater emphasis on the part of owners and managers of domestic higher educational institutions with respect to implementation of a system of total management of quality. Theoretical generalization and practical achievements in this regard are in the focus of attention of the author of this article.
