Organizational bases of formation and use of investment resources in the region

The article analyzes the external factors influencing the functioning of the economy of Ukraine. The main problems and ways of reforming the economy in the context of the economic security of the state are considered. A definition of the nature and content of investment resources is presented, as well as the classification of investment resources and sources of financing of real investment. The basic principles of capitalization of assets of the territorial community are described, as well as the basic methodological approaches to the management of assets capitalization of the territorial community. In order to improve organizational bases of formation and use of investment resources in the region, as part of the business projects a complex dynamic model of management of investment resources in the region is proposed.
