Based on regimes studies: the balance of incentives and limitations in regulatory policy measures concerning improvement of economic systems, developing proposals conc ern in g regu lato ry supp ort o f in no vation and investment activity of agro-food corporations and implementation of direct and indirect methods of state regulatory policy aimed to create research clusters in the agro-food sector are justified.
