Abstract
The paper offers the approach towards increasing the effectiveness of management of innovative processes in innovation enterprises by means of creating the management intellectual information systems, which horizontal and vertical integration on the basis of hierarchical model of innovation enterprises enables to construct integral automatic management systems as multi-agent systems interacting with the customers on the grounds of the dialogue.
