SOCIAL QUALIMETRY AS A MEASURE OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SOCIAL POLICY OF THE STATE

The article analyzes the determining indicators for the provision of services at the local level. On the basis of the pilot study, the main problems that hinder the modernization process in the Kyrgyz Republic have been identified. The level and quality of life of the popu- lation determines the social policy of the state, on this basis, social qualimetry is an instru- ment at the local level.
