Abstract

The innovation «Moscow Polyclinic Standard» touched upon directly by both doctors and nurses. Evaluation of the attitude of medical and nursing staff to the changes caused by the introduction of «Moscow Polyclinic Standard» and the willingness to work in a new format was studied in the framework of the pilot study. 730 medical workers, including 358 doctors and 374 nurses working in various administrative districts of the capital were covered by a sociolo-gical poll. It is established that every fifth nurse is experiencing psychological and physical discomfort associated with adaptation to new working conditions. At the same time, new working conditions associated with greater independence and responsibility are stressful factors and need correction. At the same time, the introduction of «Moscow Polyclinic Standard» is not the leading stress factor that affects the professional activity of doctors.
