PERSONAL READINESS AS THE FOUNDATION FOR THE COMPETITIVENESS OF DISABLED PEOPLE IN WORK ACTIVITY

The article considers the phenomenon of personal readiness as the psychological basis for the competitiveness of a disabled person in labor activity. The analysis of approaches to the structure of psychological readiness developed in the Russian psychology was conducted. Particular attention is paid to motivational and semantic components of readiness. A scheme of standardized interview as a tool for investigating the personal readiness of people with disabilities to work activity is presented.
