MEDICAL STUDENTS’ SOCIALIZATION: THE WAY FROM COMPETENCES TO COMPETENCE

In the article the author studies some topical issues of medical students' socialization by means of a personality selfidentification and accepting ethical-legal norms worked out by medical community. Using innovation technologies of education in the system of medical higher education is conditioned with the modern Russian society's realities and transition from the knowledgeoriented paradigm to a cognitivedeveloping one in higher educational establishments of the country.
