ПРИНЦИПИ ПОБУДОВИ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ТУРИСТИЧНО-РЕКРЕАЦІЙНИХ РЕСУРСІВ

The article deals with the main principles of construction of an economic mechanism for evaluating tourist and recreational resources. The main definitions, namely, "mechanism" and "economic mechanism" are analyzed, and the actual definition of the economic mechanism of evaluation of tourist and recreational resources as the most successful combination of principles, methods, forms, means of structures and functions, which promotes more accurate evaluation of tourist and recreational resources, is proposed. to ensure that the actual state of their parameters corresponds to the given parameters. The algorithm of estimation of tourist-recreational resources is constructed. The characteristics of the tourist-recreational potential as an economic system are described and the principles of its construction are analyzed. The principles of construction of an economic mechanism for evaluating tourist and recreational resources, including principles of expediency, science, balance, priority, market equilibrium, social orientation, efficiency, rationality and subsidiarity, are offered.
