APPLICATION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

The Indian construction industry is growing each day with a global recognition. The project manager is responsible to monitor the quality, safety and time management issues through there are specialised personnel for the respective departments. There has been an increase research in quality, safety & time management issues faced in the Indian construction industry. The reason for the above studied by researchers and suggested possible remedial measures. Today, with globalization and urbanization, framework development undertakings are completed everywhere throughout the world. Each project will bring certain components of issues. These issues are to be managed in an efficient way so as to achieve the objectives of the projects. Since it causes delay in project duration and increase the project budget to overcome the issues research work is carried out. This paper discusses how these ontological methods can be used by different types of projects team members for learning the project management system. It explain how thinkers and feelers can use it for making decisions. And thus the projects team can use the method as a common mind map to learn the CPMS.
