Abstract
The subject of research is the investment sector of the Ukrainian economy, and the objective is to study the current state of investment activities in Ukraine, to identify the best prospects and problems faced by national and foreign investors and bringing the needs to improve the organization of state management of investment activities. The results of the study reflect the proposals on directions of effective development of the investment sphere.
