CONDITIONS OF SUCCESSFUL EDUCATION IN THE SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF HUMANIZATION

In the article, higher education is regarded as one of the most important spheres of human activity, a key factor aimed at actualization of personal potential. The expediency of using the concept of the humanization of the educational system aimed at creating conditions for the self-development of the individual, for the independent development of the personali- ty, the development of creative, creative capabilities of the individual is proved. We conduct- ed an empirical study of some psychological and pedagogical features of teaching and up- bringing with students of two groups: undergoing training in the credit rating system and tra- ditional on a specially developed questionnaire. The results of the research show that the rat- ing-system control of students contributes to the increase of motivation to acquire knowledge, improve the quality of education. The article provides the conditions ensuring the success of the implementation of this system
