FEATURES OF INHERITANCE BY WILL

In the article features of inheritance under the will are considered. The notarial certification of the will in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation was considered in detail. Particular attention is paid to the presumption of the actual acceptance of the inheritance and the responsibility of the heirs for the debtor's debts. The most difficult are the questions about the acceptance of the inheritance by minors because of the gaps and inconsistencies in the norms of the current legislation. Also, the judicial practice on the given topic was analyzed.
