THE FORMATION OF THE INFORMATION BASE FOR ANALYSIS OF COSTS OF LABOR IN THE ORGANIZATION

Formation of an information base for the analysis of labor costs in the organization is proposed to be carried out taking into account a comprehensive assessment of indicators. This will eliminate such a problem as the lack of a strategic focus on planning labor costs. The organization in the management of labor costs is not in a position to effectively implement the chosen global goal, since the adoption of managerial decisions is carried out as a reaction to current problems, i.e. The so-called reactive form of intrafirm financial planning is used. This can give rise to a number of contradictions: between the interests of the organization and the fiscal interests of the state, the interests of production and the interests of financial services. To address this shortcoming, an approach based on an analysis of the effectiveness of expenditure management is proposed.
