Abstract

In work the modern concept of the higher education «the University 3.0» which assumes implementation of an innovative chain is considered: the graduate prepared on a profile – an innovative scientific idea (startup) – real production of finished innovative goods. Educational institutions of this kind will be very useful to various fields of activity. The conclusion that University 3.0 will be able to provide the latest researches, new professional and educational standards, curricula of training of future businessmen is drawn and also will help them with commercialization of developments.
