Abstract
The main methods of assessing the financial condition of a small enterprise are considered and implemented using the example of OAO «Danilovsky buttercheeseplant». Problem zones were identified in the functioning of the enterprise and a short-term financial plan was drawn up, based on its current financial status. Solved the main problems with solvency, financial stability and stability in a small enterprise in the short term.
