The paper describes clinical manifestations, morphological characteristic and surgical approach to bronchial lipoma and leiomyoma resection. Minimally invasive endoscopic procedures using argon plasma coagulation were performed to remove the tumor. Results. The post-operative period was smooth and the patients were discharged some days after the last intervention in satisfactory condition. Conclusion.
