THEORY OF INSTITUTIONALISM: MANIFESTATION OF ESSENCE IN THE SPHERE OF INFORMAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

In this article, we tried to consider formal and informal entrepreneurship through the institutional concept of choice, as well as the theory of public choice "in the opposite direction", i.e. (the shadow economy as a kind of protest against the existing social and economic situation that was achieved by the government's decision, and calls for the establishment of better conditions for the development of the economy. Thus, the shadow economy takes on some functions - it forms a special way of business that in the future can come to light and become an example of a qualitative reorganization of economic activity in the region.
