Remedial physical culture in physical rehabilitation of patients with varicose disease

The article the analytical review of using modern methods of remedial physical culture for varicose disease is analyzed. The experience of providing rehabilitation services for this pathology is generalized and the characteristics of the most effective and accessible remedial physical culture methods are presented: various kinds of therapeutic walking, in particular Nordic walking, swimming, etc. The dosed physical exercises in combination with water procedures are able to activate the processes of blood supply of the lower limbs. It is note that the systematic exercise allows to stop the progression of the disease, reduce its manifestations and reduce the risk of dangerous complications and significantly affect the quality of life of patients for this category.
