THE ESSENCE OF PARALLEL IMPORTS IN RUSSIA AND THE PROCESS OF ITS LEGALIZATION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE UNIFIED ENERGY SYSTEM

This article is devoted to the issue of parallel imports in the Russian Federation. The text of the article reveals the essence of parallel imports and the process of its legalization in the Russian Federation. The author presents the definition of parallel imports, identifies distinctive features, as well as touches upon the essence of the problem of legalization of parallel imports in Russia within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and considers its key advantages and disadvantages.
